At present, the primary phase is centered on leading corporations that are establishing facilities to manufacture next-generation chips. The beneficiaries include TSMC, with a grant of $6.6 billion; Samsung, receiving $6.4 billion; Micron, awarded $6.1 billion; and Intel, which obtained $8.5 billion. The completion of these projects is anticipated within a timeframe of 3 to 5 years. It is crucial to acknowledge the significance of chip designs by fabless companies, as these entities are essential for the creation and design of novel chips with new functionalities in domains like Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI), which in turn catalyzes the placement of orders in these newly constructed chip manufacturing facilities
